“Newhall Community Park has a protected paw patch area and a fenced area where dogs can exercise off-leash. There is one reserved group picnic area in a separate creek-side setting with giant oak trees. A Vietnam War Memorial graces Vista Point is also there. The park has amenities like bocce courts, picnic areas, a play structure, ponds along the creek, and turfed athletic fields. Newhall Community Park has more than enough parking space and is located in a good neighborhood. A reservation option is available. Newhall Community Park is 126 acres of land located along Galindo Creek, to the east of Treat Boulevard. You can access the park through Newhall Parkway, which is south of Clayton Road, or from Turtle Creek Road.”
