“Dr. Jitesh Kar specializes in adult neurology. He is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurologist at the Neurology Institute of Huntsville, Inc. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Medicine and Surgery at Grant Medical College & J.J. Hospital. Dr. Jitesh completed his internship in internal medicine residency at New York Medical College/Metropolitan Hospital. He also completed his residency in Neurology at the University of Texas Medical Center in Houston. Dr. Jitesh received his fellowship training in neuromuscular and autonomic disorders. He is affiliated with medical facilities such as Huntsville Hospital and Crestwood Medical Center. He has active memberships with the American Academy of Neurology, the Alabama Academy of Neurology, the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, and the Medical Society of Madison County.
