I came to Dr. Jiminez at Urology Specialists, PC as a new patient in December 2023. I was 67 years old with significant BPH symptoms. Concluding a series of tests, Dr. Jiminez performed TURP surgery in May 2024 at Crestwood Hospital. I attribute the text book successful surgery to the expert skill, experience and knowlaedge of Dr. Jiminez! Also, the Crestwood Hospital support team was outstanding! During this process I cannot communicate highly enough about Dr.Jiminez and the entire team at Urology Specialists, PC! Dr. Jiminez and team encouraged my wife to be included at each appointment. He was intentional about educating and patiently answering questions. His bed side manner was always professional with direct, no nonsense frank communication! The culture at Urology Specialists, PC is professional, patient focused and friendly! It's evident the team enjoys what they do with a high degree of comradery! The patient portal is timely and thorough! Thank you Dr. Jiminez and staff.

Dr. Jiminez is an exceptional urologist! He recently removed a kidney stone for me. He is a greaat listener; he is concerned about the patient's well-being; an in my opinoin, is a very knowledgable physician. I am so thankful to be his patient.

Dr Jimenez is very patient, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. He is very thorough and initiated several procedures to correctly diagnose my husband’s ongoing issues. We would both highly recommend Dr. Jimenez.

I saw Dr. Pettus after my primary urologist told me he was retiring. I had a detailed MRI on my prostate and my retiring urologist told me that even though the MRI showed no signs of cancer, he still recommended a biopsy. I went to Dr. Pettus and asked him to review the MRI and he was convinced that no biopsy was needed. He gave me some options to reduce the size of my prostate, although not immediately necessary. I decided to hold off for a while and have things checked again in a few months. Dr. Pettus was reassuring and caring. I believe with his years of experience, he understands what concerns a man my age, 63, has. I can't recommend this urologist enough.

Dr Pettus is the most intelligent Doctor in the urology field in Alabama . He has a great incite on a woman’s body, & Dr Pettus’ bed-side manner is very calm but inciteful. Its impressive how familiar and knowledgeable with medicine side-effects Dr Pettus was. if there were a 6th star I would give it.

Higher praise for Dr. Pettus cannot be offered by mortal man. Excellent 'bedside' manner, listens, advises, is concerned and truly cares about his patients. His staff is very prompt, friendly and exceptionally efficient.

I truly can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Osula and his staff. I had a huge, unpassable kidney stone. I called my regular urologist and they couldn’t get me in for surgery for a week or more. If you’ve ever had a kidney stone you know that week may as well be a month! I couldn’t imagine being in that amount of pain for a week or more. I called Dr. Osula’s office just to see if they could help. Not only did they get me into the office that day, but Dr. Osula was able to get me in for surgery that same day! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Needless to say I have a new urologist.

Honestly I was left confused. That’s all I can say. The whole system was not patient friendly to me. I felt generalized which made me feel uncomfortable . I was pretty much in and out really fast. Ask me to tell u about my history don’t take it from a bunch of questions, on a piece of paper, which I did late at night after working all day. I left a message after I read what he wrote in my file. As of yet, I have not received a call back.

Excellent customer service. Doctors is very intelligent, informative and cares about his patients. My husband is a new patient there and we have had nothing but great experiences. I would recommend Dr. Osulu 1000 times over.
