Andrew and the nice staff at BenchMark have been a real blessing since my injury. They work with the times you have available and make you feel welcome when you're there. Andrew tailors the exercises to help get you back to where you want to be. I've been going twice a week for the last 3 months. My doctor said my progress considering my injury was AMAZING. I enjoy the atmosphere and seeing it's not just me that is making strides to a healthier lifestyle, it's everyone that comes there and puts in the work.

An excellent team of physical therapists, they were able to track down the source of my pain that was causing other parts to get out of alignment. I have seen significant improvement to my back and hip region and in following the recommended exercises I have been able to keep from re-aggravating my back. I highly recommend them to anyone who has stubborn pain or loose joints and tightness! Thank you so much for working with me.
