Dr. Jeffrey K. Burns obtained his medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at the University of Connecticut. Afterward, Dr. Burns completed a subspecialty fellowship in adult hip and knee replacement at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. He has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and one of the few orthopedic surgeons in the region who performs patellofemoral arthroplasties. Dr. Burns is also the Director of Clinical Services at Hartford Hospital’s Joint Center. Dr. Jeffrey K. Dr. Durgesh G. Nagarkatti received his M.D. from Seth G S Medical College in Mumbai, where he also did his internship. he completed his orthopedic residency at King Edward Memorial Hospital. He obtained the Diplomate of the National Board in Orthopedics and a fellowship in musculoskeletal oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital and also underwent further training in orthopedics at St. George’s Hospital in London. Later, he completed another orthopedic residency and fellowship in pediatric orthopedics with Connecticut Children’s Medical Center at the University of Connecticut.
