Had radiofrequency neurotomy therapy perform with outstanding success. Was fully explained about the three part procedure. Carefully explained what was covered and not covered by Medicare and Supplemental insurance. We had visited Dr. Melvin Over 20 years before when I first hurt my lower back and Dr Melvin help without pain pills. When problems arose in my mid back went to him again and again he made life better without pills. Great doctor.

Dr. Melvin is wonderful. He’s very thorough when reviewing my records and a very good listener. He’s compassionate, follows up either in office or on the phone, and very easy to talk to. He’s been right on with diagnosing my complex back issues. The office staff and nurse are very helpful with making appointments, insurance information, getting records, and scheduling procedures when need. I have been commuting an hour and a half to be seen by Dr Melvin and I will continue to.

If I could give 100 stars it would be to Dr. Melvin and his staff! I have been a long time patient of Dr. Melvin and have received nothing but EXCELLENCE in his care. To be honest, he is the only pain management doctor I truly trust. His staff always greets with a genuine smile, friendly, professional and very helpful. I always feel welcomed and taken care of. Dr.Melvin is literally the BEST! He makes the effort to schedule a call & personally talk with you after a procedure.

Dr. Amr Badawy is a life saver and truly revolutionized my everyday life. I suffered from chronic back pain for many years and he truly understood what the problem was and how to treat it in the best way possible. His funny and lighthearted attitude combined with his sharp sense of intellect was a dream come true. I truly cannot recommend another doctor over him. Truly one of one.

Facet injections were a last resort for me, but they've been a lifesaver. Dr. Badawy explained the procedure thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My back pain has improved dramatically, and I'm able to enjoy my favorite activities again.

Honest Dr Badawy and so far every procedure he has done on me has worked!!! He knows exactly where my pains are located and fixes problem!!! I would give 100 stars if I could.

I absolutely love the care and attention to detail Dr. Braithwaite gives his patients. He is a gentleman, and an amazing physician as he listens carefully and then commits to and fulfills your physical needs accordingly to the ailments. Plus, how many doctors care enough to hug you as they work through difficult care. I’d send any of my friends, family, or children to him for treatment, if they were ever so unfortunate to need it; I know he would care amazingly well for them.

Dr Braithwaite is amazing. He is always happy, uncommonly kind and caring, with great compassion to his patients' pain. He goes above and beyond to brighten your day. I would recommend him to everyone.

It was my first time meeting the Doctor Braithwaite very personable. and was truly concerned about my needs We went over my concerns and my treatment. I look forward to working with this doctor. I really liked him and his staff. If anyone needs a spine doctor, he would be the one that would recommend.
