I was in search for a different family doctor, since my last one was not that great. I seen all the positive reviews for Velez Family Health and I decided to give the practice a try. This was the first office where the front desk was truly outstanding. Very friendly and kind. It made me more comfortable. When meeting the doctor, I was very impressed. Dr. Velez really let's you talk about your problems and concerns and she really gets in depth about your health. I was so happy to wait for this doctor. She didn't just offer a medication and said see you next time. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone. You will not be disappointed. It was a nice experience and I cannot wait to go back. Thank Dr. Velez.

I really enjoy the service I receive. Dr Velez and her staff are friendly and go above and beyond. I was not sure how Direct Primary care was going to be different, but i can assure you it is. More personalized treatments, I don’t feel rushed during an apt. Plus being able to explore options that may still be to costly through your own plan. I love the set up and especially would recommend Dr Velez.

Dr. Velez is the best physician I have ever had. I came to her with extremely complicated symptoms that made no sense, but Dr. Velez made the connections and helped me get diagnoses and treatment. She is well connected and respected in the medical community. I truly feel there is nothing she cannot handle. Dr. Velez cares about her patients and treats them like family. I am fully insured but still chose to keep Dr. Velez as my PCP with her Direct Primary Care Model. During emergencies I can contact her directly via text or phone. She makes me feel like I am her only patient and gives me the time I need during appointments. She never rushes me. With Velez Family Health you will receive concierge treatment at a low monthly cost.

My appointment time was met, it always is. Excellent Customer Service @ front desk and Staff. Doctor Parrillo is amazing as he is always thorough shares lab results and offers time for any and all questions or concerns. I consistently tell friends and others to switch to him as their Primary Care Physician.

The staff members are all very professional and welcoming - including everyone at the other office as well! They are efficient - I can be confident that the wait will be minimal. Doctor Parrillo listens to my concerns, and we make decisions on my care together (but he has the last word)!

Sufficient time spent with Dr. Parrillo - he is excellent at explaining lab results and always asks if you have questions. I would highly recommend him and the practice. All the staff are top-notch.

I can't express how grateful I am to the entire staff in Dr. Pinero's practice. From receptionists and support staff to the nurses and doctors, everyone works together to provide a great experience and exceptional healthcare. Both I and my husband have experienced a significant improvement in our overall health. It has given us our lives back. No one really knows how much chronic pain impacts life until it affects them. I am now able to take a warm shower and actually enjoy the soothing warmth without having to endure the torture of relentless pain. My signature smile is back!!! The last thing I want to mention is the most important thing to me: Dr. Pinero's staff is compassionate, patient, kind, and professional. His practice reflects Dr. Pinero's commitment to the dignity and holistic wellbeing of every one of his patients. And if you're of the LGBTQIA+ community, you'll be in great hands. The office staff are very helpful and the nurses are extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Velez is absolutely amazing and you can tell he really cares about his patients, he is hands down one of the best doctor I’ve ever had. I don’t mind driving 35 minutes away just to go to him.
