I had a great first experience at Vision Health Institute. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately made me feel at ease. Dr. Mark Perry took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly throughout the exam. I appreciated how thorough and patient they were—it really made me feel like I was in good hands. They also helped me understand my prescription better than anyone has before.

I have never been a patient of Vision Health Institute but was experiencing serious dry eye after a resent cataract surgery. You were able to see me the day I called when my previous doctor could not. Your staff was extremely friendly and professional. You were able to provide guidance on treatment and put me at ease. Thank you for taking the time to see.

You guys are truly the best. From start to finish, this has been an amazing experience. You didn’t just hand me a pair of glasses and send me on my way—you took the time to make sure I could actually see. What really stood out to me was how everyone in the office showed they genuinely care—front desk, interns, doctors, and even management. That level of attention and kindness is rare, and I appreciate it more than I can say. Thank you all for your patience, compassion, and for making sure I left with more than just glasses—I left with clear vision and a great experience.

I've been a patient with SW Orlando Eye Care for over a decade and am very impressed with Dr. Nowell. He cares about the overall health of his patients to include vision. He once counseled me on the importance of not ever missing my BP medication, after checking me out. I also had an eye infection and he was able to see me the same day, and provide treatment. He also does not try to overcharge patients for unnecessary items and will even try to save the patient some money. Thank you SW Orlando Eye Care!.

My first visit, and I was very impressed. All staff were friendly and professional. Dr Goyal has a wonderful “chair side” manner. I received a thorough exam revealing glaucoma. She explained treatment options and answered my questions. We decided TOGETHER to try eye drops first, reexamining in a month, and go from there. I left feeling reassured that my eyes are in good hands!.

I went to Dr Goyal for a second opinion. Compared to the previous corneal specialist that I had been seeing, her office and her care have been outstanding. All of the women that I have met in her office are very nice and professional. Dr Goyal is very knowledgeable and caring. Also worth mentioning, she is extremely prompt with appointment times. I would definitely recommend Dr Goyal to anyone needing her services.

I was pleased to meet Dr Goyal who I've read very good things about. Glad to have been recommended to her. I was not disappointed. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable and I feel confident to be under her care for my eye issues. The staff are very nice and friendly as well.
