I have suffered from sciatica for the past 3 1/2 years since I had my Covid booster vaccine. I have had seven back injections in those 3 1/2 years and been on many pain meds. When nothing was helping relieve me of the terrible pain of sciatica, I contacted a neurosurgeon in Orlando and went for an office consult. The doctor I saw was Dr Max Medary. He saw the pain I was enduring and sent me immediately that day to Dr. Phillips hospital where I was prepped for surgery and within two hours, Dr. Medary was there and operated on me and I was home four hours later and no longer in pain. I have never met or been to a Doctor Who was so understanding, caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Medary should . any of you out there be suffering from pain as I was. He personally called me the next morning to see how I was. I have a hard time believing there are many surgeons who take such a personal interest in their patients.

After a bad back surgery from another careless doctor.Doctor Medary reviewed my MRI CD and told me that doctor didn’t do the right surgery and I will need another surgery.But we didn’t know if the insurance would cover it.Thanks God he made sure that they covered it.He was very compassionate and cared called me next day after my surgery to make sure I was okay. Thank you Doctor Medary I appreciate your honesty and professionalism.

Dr Medary is an excellent neurosurgeon. He performed my cervical discectomy in March, 2024. My neck feels so much better. I would highly recommend him. He is quite professional, thorough, and most pleasant.

Dr. Razack is exceptional and brilliant. I was recommended to him, about 2 years ago, by several nurses who treated me during my accident. Some of these nurses had surgeries performed by Dr. Razack years earlier, and they told me he is a genius in the neurosurgery field. After my surgery 15 days ago, I gladly admit they were right, as I finally can walk again , without crying in pain. Most of all, I feel blessed and fortunate to find the perfect doctor, who has given me a chance to dream about the future again.

Dr. Razack and PA Michael were amazing. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. Aubrey with the surgery set up is amazing. She answered all my questions and more. They were all very patient with me as I was not wanting surgery and they gave me every option available and explained everything to me. I'm so glad I chose this team. Daniele the other pa is also very sweet and helpful.

Dr. Razack, is a rare combination of compassionate and kind with exceptional skills as a Neurosurgeon. I recommend him without reservation.

After seeing several spine surgeons (including another Orl Health Dr), Dr Matheus was the first one that took the time to look at my case prior to my visit. He explained before and after images that clearly showed where I have issues. He made us feel comfortable and ordered a couple of other tests prior to recommending a treatment plan going forward. His approach and details were exceptional. Looking forward to my follow up with him. Highly recommend, he is worth the wait.

I saw Dr. Matheus for an issue I am having with pain radiating to the back of my upper legs. He explained the cause and possible procedures and we determined what steps to take. I am comfortable with the path chosen and will have surgery within the next month.

Extraordinary doctor! He genuinely cares about the persons physical difficulties and takes the time to understand the issues. Additionally, he provides a thorough review of your tests with a wide range of options to improve the persons health. Highly recommended!.
