My experience was fantastic just like the first time! Staff is courteous, inviting and knowledgeable, I like that they explain the next step and so on. Dr.Pena is truly fantastic, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr Pena heard my concerns, explained my results and provided answers and suggestions. I felt she truly cares about her patients and providing quality care!.

Doctor and staff are friendly and professional! They were very thorough in explaining everything at every step of the visit - a great experience for our daughter’s first eye exam! Great to find exceptional customer service locally - highly recommend it!.

Dr.Pena provided an awesome experience during my office visit. She was very thorough and patient in explaining my prognosis. Plus great bed side manners. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking eye care. Kudos to Tran Center for having such a competent Doctor on their staff!!!

My experience with the team at Tran Vision Center was exceptional, a first class experience from the moment I walked in until I left. Every aspect of my visit far exceeded my expectations based on my visits to other vision centers. Dr. Pena did an exceptional job in taking her time to not only do an excellent exam, but she explained every step of the process and answered any questions that I had she made you feel like a long time patient even though it was my first visit. My only comment would be to consider offering appointments every other Saturday for those of us that work and find it hard to make week day appointments - JM. Reply

The best eye place in Laredo!! We notice my daughter couldn't see very well out of her right eye after an appointment with the PCP. We made an appointment to see Dr. Ramos THE VERY NEXT DAY !! At the appointment, the staff was very polite and courteous. They treated my daughter like she was one of their own. I loved it, as she was a bit nervous about getting her eye checked. Dr. Ramos was very well respectful and patient with my daughter and carefully evaluated her eyes! We were able to be seen, and provided an affordable option of glasses for my little one. I can't remember the young ladies name that assisted us in picking out the glasses, but she was very sweet and gave us space to go through the glasses to find the perfect ones! I highly recommend Texas State Optical to assist you in your needs!!.

Dr. Ramos is the best doctor I’ve had. He was very patient. He never gave up until we found the right contact lenses for my eyes. He answered and explain every question that came to my mind and the staff is also nice.

This place is amazing!, very profesional, the doctor took the time to explain the imagine of my eyes, the eye exam. Was very detailed, nothing was rushed. I will be coming here for my glasses.
