I am new in the city. I have been living in Laredo for 4 months. I had an accident with my dog Elif just days before New Year's 2025 where we had to have an emergency surgery. She had eaten beef ribs and they were all in her tummy. My experience was excellent from the first phone call to the office, where they treated me with great respect giving me the confidence to arrive at the Laredo Animal Hospital. Once there, Dr. Flores and the assistant Sonia attended to me. They were very kindly, explained the entire surgical process and the different alternatives I had to remove the bones from her tummy. My dog was in the hospital for several days and was released on January 2, 2025. I am very grateful that they allowed me to see my dog on December 31 and even on January 1, which tells me that they are committed to the care of our pets not only physical but also emotional. They kept me up to date all the time with how my dog's progress was going after the operation, something very important because our pets are our babies, we love them more than anyone. Thank you to all the staff for all the professional treatment received. I congratulate you. I will definitely return.

Cannot express my sincerest gratitude for how well they take care of my animals. I recently had my male Persian cat, who is brachiocephalic, undergo his neutering. They took fantastic care of him and recovery was uneventful. This Facility, including their staff, reception, techs, and physicians have my full recommendation. Photo of my boi for PET TAX!!.

Excellent Service! I went as a walk-in ladies in the front super nice and helpful. Dr. Flores gave excellent service and answered all my questions. Baby Oreo and I will be going soon for his follow up and vaccines.

Excellent service from beginning to end! The entire veterinary staff took amazing care of my old dumpster diver, and now he’s doing perfectly fine. They treated him with kindness, kept us informed every step of the way, and made the whole experience much less stressful. I can’t thank them enough for the care they gave him. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary team.

Thank you for taking care of Blossom when she was sick and understanding her anxiety and fears. Our cat had attack me and my husband trying to get her in the carrier. Blossom is much better.

I have been taking my dog Twosocks for his treatment and all I need to say is that they are the people you want to be taking your pet for excellent care! They are very patient and understanding! I trust putting my dog’s care in their hands, thank you to everyone who works there.

Great and friendly staff! Dr. Martin took wonderful care of my fur baby and made sure he was comfortable at all times. The technicians were very helpful in guiding me on what to do with my pet. I will definitely not be taking my pets anywhere else!.
