I wish I would of chosen Critter Care sooner! I finally had answers for my dog. Her health has been declining since August 2023! I had visited another vet clinic, test after test they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my dog. But after visiting Dr. Reyes and staff… they were kind and compassionate and knowledgeable…. They were able to get me answers after just one blood test and studying past exams from prior vet.
Dr. Leyendecker and Dr. Brenk are amazing with each of our cats. They provide top level veterinary care. They always show a genuine love and care for our pets. They take the time to educate owners on pet issues, nutrition, and proper care. The staff is always caring, friendly, and ready to help. The clinic is meticulous clean and welcoming. My husband and I love Dr Alexander. He is so caring of our two Yorkie babies. He has alway eased our minds when our babies are not feeling well, he explains everything to us and eases our concerns. I love that we just call and right away we’re in for a visit. Also the staff is awesome they are all very professional and loving to all the babies that come in. Just want to thank them for being so awesome all the time.
They are very courteous and understanding of all our concerns for our cuties. They don’t judge you for being worried about the smallest thing and treat our pets with great care. We were concerned about our Zeus’s skin condition and they instantly ran tests and prescribed medications. Third day and I’m surprised at his improvement. Thank you.

I can't thank the Vets and Staff enough for saving my dogs life. She was diagnosed with pyometra, was in REALLY bad shape (not eating, extreme weightloss, lethargy, high fevers) and needed emergency surgery. They took her immediately. She also had a in-hospital stay of 5 days with iv fluids and antibiotics. They took the best care of my dog and saved her life. They were compassionate when my family was a mess, scared and sobbing everytime we visited the office or called for updates. My dog is back to normal playing and eating more than ever. Communication was always 100%. I recommend vet care center of laredo a thousand times over. I can't explain how grateful we are. please don't be irresponsible like me! SPAY YOUR PETS!!!
