Dr. William D. Altig, OD - ALTIG OPTICAL

I love Altig Optical!! When I first called to schedule my appointment the girls at the front were so sweet and they scheduled me quickly. The day of my appointment was awesome I walked into a family feeling environment. They took me back almost immediately, the assistant had a great funny personality and she completed the first steps then the Dr. was next he was friendly and explained the procedure as we went through them. Then he was able to give me advice about contacts and glasses. He had a little sense of humor about him also to make me smile. The best part of my visit though was when Terri came to help me pick out my lenses and get my measurements. She's the best, very outgoing personality, loved her customer service, and we could talk for hours about pet kids. I really enjoyed her sense of humor and stories and she helped me pick out some really great frames!! I want to say thank you to all of Altig staff for making this a great visit with your smiles and kindness, but Terri you really rock and made my visit the best!! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great family feeling atmosphere, superb optical care, and reasonable prices, but of course, I have insurance.

I have been going here for years... years! Always a pleasant experience. Dr. Altig and staff are fantastic. Recently, I've seen Dr. Reynolds and am very happy with the level of care she and her team provide. A special "thank you" to Stephanie for her recent help in ensuring records were received from a different medical office. She went above and beyond to keep in touch with me (or my voicemail - I apologize) and showed a level of customer care that is so rare these days. Thanks again!

Dr. Reynolds is amazing! The office has so much technology, the office staff is friendly and knowledge, and I trust them with my eyecare! 10/10 recommend.
