I have been using Hulett for a few years now. Ever since we moved to Florida. I know that it’s Florida and everyone says to expect some bugs. But we have had almost no issues by using the perimeter treatment. We added the mosquito treatment this year and it has also been very helpful. That should be expected with the service so the reason for the five stars is the level of friendly service. Every technician I have interacted with has been very friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. And the few times I call in to schedule an inside inspection and spraying every person I talk to on the phones are so friendly and accommodating to getting someone scheduled around my busy schedule. In what feels like an age of declining service in lots of places, Hulett really stands out even more for its amazing and friendly service. I truly feel that they care about me as a customer. I highly recommend them to anyone. Sign up because of the fun commercials but you will stay because of the amazing service.

Ian was an absolute lifesaver! After multiple companies came out and claimed they couldn’t reach or locate the animal in my attic, Ian showed up and got the job done. Not only did he find the animal quickly, but he was incredibly professional, kind, and most importantly—humane. He took great care to ensure the animal was removed safely and respectfully, which meant a lot to me. His dedication, expertise, and compassion set him apart.
