My brand new tile roof looks amazing. Very happy with my experience from start to finish. Pricing was very competitive with the rest of my quotes but what is written on paper doesn’t take into consideration the human factor and that’s what sets them apart and why I chose them. What I got was a company that treats you like a person and takes pride in the quality of their work. Either George or Joe was there daily to make sure everything was being done correctly. The crews worked very clean (as clean as you can be for tearing off a roof) and didn’t trash my yard or destroy my landscaping. They were very efficient, respectful and polite and took their time to get the job done right. You get what you pay for and they delivered on all counts. The Neal Roofing and Waterproofing crew performed an outstanding job with our roof maintenance. They responded quickly and came to give me an estimate the same day I phoned. They also arrived on schedule and did an outstanding job with quickness once the appointment was confirmed. They also offered professional responses to all of our questions. Furthermore, they are truthful and provided a very affordable quote. I wholeheartedly endorse them!

To say we had a phenomenal experience with Neal Roofing is an understatement. We were in quite a bind due to needing a new roof so our insurance would not drop us (we live in an older, historic home). Neal Roofing did everything they could to expedite the process (without any sort of added charge). They were fast, efficient, and top-notch quality. They didn't leave an ounce of debris in our yard and even knocked on our neighbors doors to offer to clean any debris that may have gotten in their yards. I needed a complete flat roof and mansard replacement. Ace Pro came highly recommended by neighbors who had used them. My experience started with Tony who sat with me and explained the whole process in detail. Took his time to answer my questions and made sure i knew what to expect. The crews were on time, cleaned up after themselves and friendly. Access to the job list let me know exactly what stage my replacement was in and status. The owner John was also super helpful in finding the best resolution when unexpected issues arose. After dealing with many roofers for repairs prior to them I could not recommend them more. Wish I had done this sooner.

Ace Pro Roofing just finished my 3rd Solar Tube install. One placed in windowless guest bathroom, a windowless laundry room and the master closet suite. They are now beautifully lit and look wonderful. Matt responded quickly to my initial call and provided a written work estimate. We then scheduled the installation. Cesar arrived on time and communicated about each step of the project. We discussed the best placement of the tunnels and whether or not a solar night light was the best option for both bathrooms. After the installation everything was left clean and the end job was amazing. I would highly recommend this crew. The total cost was less than expected - a pleasant surprise! Not including additional 30% tax credit.. I highly recommend Ace Pro Roofing - great staff notably Matt & Cesar, exceptional service and superior product!
