He kept us informed every step of the way, always available to answer any questions we had. His positive attitude and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly impressive. The pricing was very competitive, and they thoroughly explained all the options available to us. They honored their commitments, and the project was completed without any issues or stress for our family. The crew was polite, respectful of our property, and ensured a thorough cleanup after each day’s work. Neal Roofing Review. This company is fantastic! Everything was very well staged and flawlessly executed. Every single individual involved from JP Chadwick to the installer was a true professional. Even the dumpster driver was super courteous. He made sure he was on-time and that I didn’t need to move anything out of the garage before placing dumpster in driveway. Great communication and follow-up throughout the process between Neil’s representative Ryan and foreman on the job, Alex. The installers were super skilled and great with clean up at the end of the day. There were no nails on the driveway or in the grass and any trash or debris was picked up. Finally, the roof looks amazing, much better than what I had imagined! Wow! This is not my first roofing rodeo but it is my first metal roof and I could not be happier! Had some heavy rains since then and no issues. Thank you Neal Roofing Team.

The roofing team did a great job and worked with the Solar team to coordinate the re-roof with the new solar panels. We had a few concerns during the project and they were addressed and fully resolved. New roof looks great! Highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

He arrived to my home within a few hours to give me an estimate which he emailed over and I had it the very next morning. Tony Then followed up with me the following week. Altec was awesome. They delivered on their promise to put up a new roof quickly and follow up w the air conditioning company. They coordinated a new dog house for the AC unit on the flat roof and they finalized new gutters as per the contract. Office staff was great w details.
