While looking for a pool installer came across Fountain Blue Pools and called them. I had already did some research and the lady that answered the phone took a LOT OF TIME explaining what I need to look for in a new pool installation. There are so many fly by night pool contractors in Florida, always pushing to double sell what you are looking for. I'm meeting with her rep tomorrow. I have an installer that did a great install on a neighbor's property, again they provided me with a wealth of information. It's great have 2 potentials with such high confidence levels for me. I'm not looking for the cheapest (money is money and am willing to spend w If that I have in budget) for as long as I have trust in the installer. And I would totally trust Foutain Blue. Put them on your list to contact if looking for a pool.

As a first-time pool owner, I had a lot of questions and uncertainty going into the planning process. I recently had a web meeting with Diana from Fountain Blue Pool Services Inc, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Diana was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through every aspect of the pool design, answer all my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience feel much less overwhelming. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I feel much more confident moving forward thanks to her guidance. Highly recommend Fountain Blue Pool Services Inc, especially if you're new to the pool installation process!.

Within minutes, Mike identified the problem and had it fixed—his expertise was clear right away. But what really stood out was how he went above and beyond. He took the time to explain how everything works, walked me through the phone app, and made sure all the items in my welcome box were set up and functioning properly. Excellent work - Recommended. Scheduling was easy and the company was great with flexibility in scheduling and communications. Technician was on time, addressed our issues and provided clear feedback on the issues and the fixes applied.

First time using Gator Leak Detection, good communication regarding appointment schedule. Calem was great, he tested all the areas where the leak might be found and was able to find and fix it. I would recommend them.

Excellent work was done fixing the leaking on my pool. They used the non invasive pipepoxy method and it worked as a charm. Very happy that I didn’t need to dig and make a mess on my patio!.

I am so glad I called Palm Beach Pool & Spa! My pool developed a yellow film thanks to the pool stores making me dump endless product in it. I called Andy and he came the next day! We made a plan to start from scratch and it worked perfectly. I had a million questions and he so kindly answered every one, every time without delay! I trusted him so much I decided it was time for a new pump and filter cartridge. He worked with me to meet my budget and had it up in running immediately. He’s the best and me and my pool are happy again! Thanks Andy!.

After the recent storm and power going in and out it damage my pool pump. After trying to fix unsuccessfully and pool looking a mess, i decided to find a expert. From the first phone call to Palm beach pool & spa i knew i made the right choice. Andy was able to upgrade my pool pump the next day. He gave me options and explain everything. My pool is up and running perfectly. He's very knowledgeable and was very patient answering all my questions.

Andy runs a tight ship and his pool services are the very best in service, I have had 5 Pool Companies in the past and Palm Beach Pool and Spa is by far the best out there, so I highly recommend them, also they are on Time and always the same Day of the week. ****AWESOME POOL & SPA SERVICE ****.
