Michael is great! I was doubtful if I had bed bugs at my place. He came in checked thoroughly and also explained to me the usual signs to look for and what I could do to prevent it. He gave very honest feedback and didn't try to upsell any sort of service. He genuinely cares about his customers. I would recommend him for anyone who is dealing with bed bugs problem.
