Great service and communication! They always alert me when they are on their way and when they have completed their work. Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. We had a serious issues with fleas before using Aptive and haven’t had one single issue since starting their service. Highly recommend!

Eric who is an Aptive employee did a great job in educating me on the product that was used inside my house versus the product that is being used outside of my house. He was very thorough in his work and saw something that needed to be done outside of my request and took care of it too. Very professional, engaging, and approachable.

Eric texted me alerting his arrival time. After he arrived I shared some particulars about what we have experienced in the past... he made our experience, the second, as good as the first. Responsive, engaging... he provided excellent service. And provided some tips and explanations to what he did around our property. Very happy... I rate Eric at 10 on his expertise, attentiveness and follow through.
