I contacted The Maids of Fremont for an estimate for our mid-size home and was able to book a whole house clean in a very timely manner. The owner was very accommodating on the time and date. The Maids arrived on time and ready to work. I had to give very little instruction on what needed to be done. After any larger area was completed, they confirmed with me whether the area was done to my liking. If there were any spots they missed, they promptly re-cleaned/dusted, etc. The Maids were very professional and were not too loud or carrying on personal conversations, which is important as I work from home full time. The work was done quickly (only 1h 10 min), and the house looks and feels very clean and tidy. I can definitely feel the difference in each room, and will be calling them for future cleanings. One thing I wish I would've asked was for them to open the blinds (which most folks would not think they open) and clean around the window sill areas. This was an oversight on my end, and will ask about it next time. Payment was easy - they have a number of different methods. After the visit, I called the office to inquire on future visits and cost, and was able to get clarification and a date/time that fit my schedule.
