Last week I had my roof replaced . It was leaking and the prior owner opted for just add a new roof on top of the old ones. So I was a little stressed about how it would turn out and the cost. After an inspection I received a proposal very detailed, understandable and fair priced. He said he could do it in two weeks and it would take two days. I received a phone call 2 weeks later. The large crew showed up and went to work. By noon the roof was stripped and they were cutting and replacing all the damaged wood. They were done with repairs and the paper was layed down with stacks of roof material ready to install. The next morning the crew arrived and installed the roof while the gutters were being installed. By 4:30 they left. The roof is beautiful with all new hardware. They even painted the trim. Clean up was thorough. They even cleaned the garage floor. We covered everything else with throw cloths. They were fast, efficient, fare, trustworthy and very easy to work with. They noted my stress and told me they would take care of everything. And they did.

Of the five, Tri-City submitted the most complete and concise proposal. On day one the crew arrived on time and completed the removal. On day two a different crew arrived on time and finished complete installation about eight hours later. Much to our delight, except for the new roof in place you couldn't tell how much work had actually been done - they're that careful about cleanliness. Total project cost was right in line with what was budgeted. If your house needs roof work give them a call.

They must have great coordination with the city inspectors because they were done in two and a half days with a little clean up. This may be the last roof we need before we move and I’m grateful for the professionalism and peace of mind that comes with quality work.

Martin Brothers Roofing did an amazing job fixing my dad’s roof. There was an old, rusty swamp cooler up there that wasn’t being used anymore and it caused leaks whenever it rained. Cameron took out the old cooler, got rid of it, replaced the damaged wood, and put on new shingles in that area. The roof looks really nice now! They made sure to clean up everything before leaving. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call again when we need more roof work done.

i highly recommend martin brothers roofing! we had some water coming in through the bedroom ceiling, so we called them to inspect the roof. malachi found a few rotted boards and took photos to show us what was wrong. we got a fair quote and decided to get the whole roof replaced. everyone was professional, polite, on time, and always answered our questions. they also cleaned the gutters, fixed the chimney flashing, and left everything spotless after the job was done. we are super happy with the results and would definitely use them again.
