In regards to other storage locations I've used in the bay area I am extremely pleased with the coordination as well as communication of the on-site manager she thoroughly went over the rental agreement and explained my options if I had to make a size adjustment. She explained to me as a reminder of the promotional adjustment so I would be aware of price adjustments. I felt my items will be safe as I've had a couple break ins in other storage locations not this one.. I could rest assure my items was under surveillance secured as I have items of irreplaceable value. I will definitely look forward to renting from you in the near future as my employer COMPUCOM needs an off site long term location to store office equipment. I am very satisfied with the service and location you provide. ooking forward to business with you in the future.

Very welcoming and informative. Lauren was able to answer all of my questions and had options to be sure to accommodate my specifications. She explained everything very clearly and made the whole experience very straightforward. This location is very quiet and surprisingly clean. I highly recommend doing business here.

She went above and beyond to help me secure my storage unit and was incredibly helpful in making sure I caught the locksmith at the last minute to cut the lock off. Lisa was friendly, efficient, and truly cared about making the process smooth for me. Highly recommend her and this location!.

I came in today looking to get a small storage space but not knowing much else. The employee Maricela was extremely courteous and helpful. I wasn't sure about which size would be best and she helped me figure it out.

All of you promote such a positive and helpful vibe to Saf Keep (let’s include the manager too) and we thank you for all your helpful support. We felt safe there with the gate and cameras. Bathroom was always cleaned. We appreciate the help with guiding the loading trucks to our unit. Your forklift services were A+! We especially thank you for the pallet jack use! We know we were not the easiest customer and, working with a charity, we had some extra needs-which we felt were all met. Thank you!.

The staff were kind and helpful. My unit was clean and ready to go. The rental paperwork process was quick and straightforward. Secure place and the grounds are kept clean. Very happy with my choice to rent with Saf Keep Storage.
