Bug Works came and sprayed our backyard for preventative bugs and mosquitos, fleas and ticks. They scheduled a technician soon after our phone call. The technician was knowledgeable about his product and was courteous and he gave us instructions as to when we can come out with our puppy and informed us to continue a maintenance schedule for the prevention of these pests.

The process was simple for my first time. I called and they answered all the questions I had. I really recommend this company for anyone new to pest control. The technician also answered a few questions that I had, he was really knowledgeable in his job and really professional.

From the minute I made contact, until the service was completed, everyone was extremely professional and kind. The technician took his time, was very informative and explained everything. He was very meticulous and made sure I was satisfied. I spoke to the owner, Kyle Marburger, and he provided great customer service and follow up. I have used other local pest control services and Bugworks definitely ranks above all the rest! I highly recommend Bugworks!
