Tom, Was great! He was very informative and understanding about the situation. My elderly parents got bed buds in September 2020 and it was a very stressful time. Tom took his tome and explained everything to me. He was the only person I spoke with that actually guaranteed his work. He treated my mom and dads house and we haven’t had a problem since. The prep is a lot of work but it was worth it. The cost was expensive but it was well worth the results. I would recommend Tom to anyone.

Explained the process ,came to our house to give advice regarding the prep work I needed to complete before he arrived and quoted a very reasonable price. The day of service he kept us updated with videos showing the temperature reached in our home. I went with this company because I realized I had bed bugs and was terrified. Tom (the owner) answered my call and was ready to treat my home immediately. He responded quickly to all my questions when preparing for the treatment. The heat treatment was thorough yet efficient and pics were sent proving the 140+ degree temperature in each room of my home. Treatment was Friday, October 11th and I'm still bed bug free!
