I would highly recommend Orkin services to anyone. My family, friends, etc. From the time I called to just get set up and started, the customer service was excellent, very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything very clearly. I also want to say that Nate, the technician that has come to our house was very professional, always on time when he said, and always got notified plenty of time ahead, and very personable, respectful and nice. Call Center was so great. Spoke to someone right away and she was so informative and nice. Jimmy came out the next day and he was so nice and thorough. I felt like we were friends by the time he was done. Absolutely great service all the way around. I would definitely recommend Orkin.

All I can say is that I couldn’t survive without Orkin! I live in a somewhat rural setting where there are lots of bugs and critters, and my house is very old, so the service they provide is extremely protective and essential to me. My current service rep is great! He’s very communicative, which I appreciate, and I feel like he strives to make me satisfied with his service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
