The technician was friendly, thorough, and comforted me by letting me know that he would be back in two weeks to treat my home again at no cost to me. And they gave me a very affordable rate so that I can have it done every month. I was very pleased, even though I'm still seeing some the day after, he told me the course the bugs would take in their being gone completely. It's just a process that has to take place in getting there.

Our technician, Danny, is a super customer oriented person who aims to make them happy. But then he also is extremely smart when it comes to his job. My recommendation is for Orkin to give him a raise so Orkin can keep Danny. DANNY YOU ARE A GREAT ASSET TO ORKIN, AND FOR US. THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO.
