First time using this company and my first impression of them couldn’t be better, very professional and personal. From my first conversation setting up my appointment to my actual appointment, everything was explained to me in detail and I felt at ease with my technician Matt. Matt is very professional and personable. He explained to me every detail that would be needed to solve my pests problem and what he would be doing for my future appointments , what to expect and he made me feel comfortable if I needed to call him between visits. My next appointment was already set up before he left and I love that I got a detailed invoice just an hour after he left. Highly recommended using this company and Matt.

Rottler has done an excellent job keeping us pest free. Today was my first visit with Joseph and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting him. All of the techs that gave been by have been the most polite and professional to interact with.

Matt was thoughtful enough to reach out directly to see about treating the inside of the house since it’s our second home and we are not there all the time. We were able to get him in remotely so he could treat the entire place. Much appreciated!
