Suburban Pest Control

Suburban Pest Control provided excellent service. On the phone, they were cheerful and courteous. Our technician, Luis, was informed, polite, and professional. He was also knowledgable, helpful, and pleasantly conversational. He called ahead of time (more than once) each time. The staff and the technician were responsive and followed up with emails, texts, and phone calls to remind me of upcoming appointments. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I just want to to say that Luis has been our technician for a number of years and since he came we have not had any issues. He has also been very proactive in working with our superintendent to follow up with us when we had a couple of bee issues as well. He is a delightful person all the way around!

We live in a large building in white plains with pest potential. But thanks to Suburban pest control that is not a problem. Our apartment is safe and pest free. Louis, in particular, is wonderful. He is extremely thorough and friendly and always goes out of his way to check in to make sure there are never any issues. We would absolutely recommend them.
