Went to get my dog, Nugget, groomed. They were super attentive and Katie, the groomer, was very kind during the consultation. When I picked up nugget, his hair was a bit shorter than I expected and I reached out to ask questions about his cut. Due to matting at the harness area, the owner expressed that the hair was very hard to get through. The owner was extremely understanding and patient with me as he educated me on what happened and how to take preventive measures. He also educated me on how his fresh haircut will allow for Nugget's hair to grow back fuller, which of course makes me so happy! I have to give five stars because with how busy they are, the owner easily could have flew past my email and kept going on with his day, but he took the time to educate me. Greatly appreciate it.

We came to San Francisco for the day and decided to get our dog groomed. We had called earlier that week and they were able to get us in right when we needed to. They were phenomenally gentle with our dog and she looked unbelievably beautiful. I cannot recommend it enough.
