Outstanding service from the Hart family! I was prescribed a large monthly “pack” of anti-coagulants on a Saturday afternoon shortly after being diagnosed with a leg blood clot and bilateral pulmonary embolisms. Hart didn’t have any multi-week packs in stock but they called other pharmacies to try to find some for me. They wound up finding a 3-day supply to get me started and then filled the rest of the prescription a few days later. Mega-thanks! No wonder they were voted best pharmacy in Cincinnati! Independently owned!

I appreciate the level of service provided at Hart Pharmacy. There's truly a difference between a big corporate store and a family-owned pharmacy like Hart's. It makes a difference, especially when someone is sick and you just need something to be simple. 10/10 would recommend.

I've been with Hart for years. They are great!! Love the family vibe!!

My mother has used this company for many years. They deliver her medication every month. We have had a many great experiences. I appreciate the service they provide from the delivery driver to those who answer the phones. We have had a couple instances with bad customer service however I appreciate that it was addressed immediately.

The place was very clean and very organized.. I had a scheduled appt with Emily and I have to say she's very attentive, shows concern and doesn't care about time explaining things she's awesome.

Friendly helpful staff. No wait. Helped me take things to the car.

The staff here is always so friendly, helpful, and kind! I see the same faces behind the counter often. What a great crew! The store is clean, organized, well-stocked, and the shelf tags match the price at the register! For several YEARS, I've had discounts on my Walgreens loyalty card that went used because I couldn't recall the mailing address associated with the initial account details. The staff here was the first to offer to help me with resolving this issue. They assisted me with changing my account details and cashing in my loyalty rewards. On a recent visit, I had my digital wallet glitch due to expired card information. For nearly 10 minutes, I tried to reset my digital wallet. Eventually, calling my fiancée for the new card expiration date. The gentleman at the register was so patient with me. I truly appreciate the grace!

Whoever is working the pharmacy today is so nice! Easily switched my prescription from this location to the Norwood location because they were out of stock! Thank you again!!
