Jess and Sharon got me back in shape after giving me exercises and making recommendations on how to modify my activities at home. They patiently explained the anatomy of my shoulder so I could understand how to prevent future problems. 5 stars!.

I look forward to physical therapy at Blake & Associates. Sharon specializes my arm and neck exercises each week, targeting my issues. She’s super personable, amazingly sweet, and such a PT genius! All the staff is welcoming and fun, too!.

Andrea is extremely good. I was very skeptical about dry needling, I also came in with a TON of trap tension, posture issues, migraines, she not only did a comprehensive exam but also carefully went through each step to improve my PT exercises and added new ones as well. The dry needling was a new feeling, tender in certain areas of extreme tension but immediate relief in those areas, wow is it worth it. It made me a little sore after for a couple hours kinda like I worked out, but in a very good way, and it completely took away my migraine, plus no more headache the entire day, my entire upper body continues to feel so so relaxed.

Andrea is hands down the best PT I’ve ever seen. I’ve had lingering bicep tendonitis for a year with visits to big name orthopedics with no results. One visit and I’m already feeling better. Her approach to your best interest is truly recognized. I wish every PT could be more like Andrea. Highly highly recommend!!.

Andrea was very responsive to my text . I wanted to be her new patient but right now she is not accepting new patients will reach out again once she starts accepting new patient. She seemed very genuine . Thank you for your response. I appreciate it.

Marcin is so thorough and creative in his approach to work through various injuries. His plan each week is definitely curated to the individual rather than following an outline. As a professional athlete, he has helped me return without pain and confident in my fitness to be at the level I need to be at to compete at my best. The rest of the staff all feel like a family and truly care about their patients. You have to try them if you want to see lasting results!.

The staff at NovaCare are extremely helpful and give you the results that you’re looking for. I had a shoulder injury and from my first appointment I started feeling relief immediately. I’ve been going to the Oakley location easy to get to easy parking walk right in they greet you get you started right away and have you out in no time.

Great place to get the help you need to heal. Hope I never need a PT again but if I do this is where I'll go.
