The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. They make the whole process smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. It’s not always easy going to a clinic especially with small children, but the kindness and efficiency of the staff really made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality care with a personal touch.

I went to the CareFirst Urgent Care on Beechmont today and had such a wonderful experience. My 7 yo daughter had to come with me and the receptionist blew us away with her kindness and unforgettable customer service. The medical staff were all very professional and made sure I received the care I needed.

My daughter and I have both been treated here. The front office staff, medical assistants and doctors are all amazing. They're super friendly and caring. The office is always nice and clean.

They were all polite and businesses oriented and services was quick and all the staff are walkable when u arrive and very nice being new to the city I just say thanks Ladies and Gentlemen who serviced me thanks sincerely James Neals.

Karen was the absolute best. Very friendly and took exceptional care. This place surprised me at how customer oriented they are. Made me feel like I was valued. I recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

Jose Rodriguez was my physician. I came in to get my DOT Medical Card recertification done. He was a ray of sunshine. He made the visit very comfortable and made me and my fiance laugh.

Great welcoming staff. Ladies at the front desk greeted us with smiles. Doctor was very knowledgeable was great with my son. Overall great experience in and out, thank you so much.

The nurse was so great with my 3 year old. Had him comfortable in seconds. Always a pleasant experience here. Front desk was very helpful.
