I had pain in my knee for almost 3 years. My therapists gave me a ton of exercises that didn't help at all. After Dr. Middaughch's extraordinary information, I tried to relax my thigs for the first time and have been foam rolling and stretching my quads. This has reduced my pain significantly for the first time. Thank you very much!
