Ms Acker is an excellent therapist. each time i send a patient to see her , all i hear are rave reviews about her unparalleled beauty and skills. she has a way of building excellent rapport but at-the-same-time using her skills of evidence-based therapies to use the rapport to help the patient change. if my office were closer to her, i would recommend all my patients to see her.

Jessica is amazing! She helped me learn to understand my emotions. She provided guidance that helped me overcome obstacles. Without her support I don’t know where I’d be. She’s caring, understanding and very knowledgeable in mental health. to keep it short I will leave with this: Walking into this was new to me, but she made me feel comfortable enough to trust her. I felt an immediate connection and learned so much about myself with her help. I will forever be grateful to her.

Fantastic therapy services! I have been seeing Ms. Knight for nearly a year for anxiety and depression and I have noticed significant improvement. When you have lived with these conditions for so long it can be hard to imagine life without the constant gloom and doom, but therapy really does work. I especially appreciate the tools that I have received to identify behaviors and thought patterns that are not healthy. Very affordable as well. You can also do virtual visits if you want.

Maria Elena has made a great difference in my life and has provided a safe/ secure environment for me. She helped me manage my anxiety in such a short amount of time and I have no regrets for seeking therapy. This has been such a transforming season for me and Maria Elena has helped me find comfort in a period where I was distressed and confused.

Loved my experience with Maria Elena.She was very attentive and patient. She listened to all the things I had to say and all my feelings. She helped me get through my anxiety and other things. Best therapy I’ve received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I’m so happy with the services provided to me from ABTS. It’s literally been a great life changing experience. I’ve followed my psychiatrist Roger Diaz through three practices because he’s been an absolute godsend to me, he really listens to me and understands my needs. As does James, and he makes it so accessible for me to get the help I need and he even gives me tidbits of support in between appointments that really help me make it through. He knows phone calls are difficult for me so I can text him anytime and he always gets back to me right away and I am just so thankful for that. You guys are awesome.

ABTS has been absolutely amazing! Carolyn Lopez is a phenomenal therapist with her knowledge and compassion. The company as a whole has a great communication system with quick/easy text messaging system as well as an online portal to track services. Thank you to the entire team for supporting my care so well.

Miss Alejandra is one of my favorite providers I have seen. I moved a couple months ago and haven’t found anyone like her. The billing department could use some improvement but other than that everyone is very communicative and helpful. I never had a bad interaction at ABTS.
