3 Best Pediatric Optometrists in El Paso, TX

I am so greatful for the entire staff at El Paso Optical Center. The location is very welcoming and super clean. Everyone is professional but treat you like family. I especially am greatful for having a Dr that explained and even showed me a video about fixing cataracts, it took the scare out. Most of all, I am greatful for Ms Kelly who took the time to set me up for my first appointment with the surgery center. I strongly recommend El Paso Optical Center to everyone.

This office is the perfect model for care, kindness, and attention! Being greeted by America set the stage for a wonderful examination! After America got me squared away with a big beautiful smile on her lips, and guidance, I was then greeted by Terry who, as always, shines with the love and care of Jesus Christ! She patiently and thoroughly walked me through my next steps and game plan! She left NO stone unturned helping me understand and showed me graphic videos that clearly explained the procedures I require! Thank you Terry! Finally, Dr Baptiste, gentleman that he is, stopped by to check on me and confirm what the next steps will be! I would never ever go anywhere for eye care! Thank so much “Team Baptiste”.

Edit to add I went to the location on Fort Bliss! Scheduling was simple. They were able to get me in just a few days later. Just did a regular eye exam but I have issues with eye allergies and the doctor was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning for my contact eye exam once my allergies clear up.

Really great clinic for kids, we went to the East-side George Dieter location which was a very nice new-looking clinic with lots of large TVs with kids movies to watch while they were waiting for eye dilation. Helped the kids pass the time. A staff also went around with some oreos and bottled waters, just what my kids needed to help the waiting not seem long. All the staff were very courteous and helpful, very friendly and worked well with children. Even though my son did not want drops put into his eyes, they helped get the drops in with a very warm and professional manner. Dr. Tibrewal was very nice and thorough and explained the diagnosis and treatment. The optical side of the clinic has a very large selection of kids glasses. We really appreciated all parts of the business catering to children.

I wanted to thank staff at the Drishti kids family eye care and Dr. Tibrewal. It was our first visit there and her whole staff was very kind and patient with my son. They gave us an estimate of how long the appointment would be which was 3 hours and we were done in 2. My son is special needs and freaks out when going to visit any Dr. Office so coming here and seeing him as relaxed as he was there made me feel better about continuing our care there. I would recommend them to anyone who's kids are very anxious and afraid of Dr. visits. They handled everything very professionally and made sure I understood the process and what was going on with my son.

Excellent doctor (Sapna tibrewal MD)!! She is lovely and caring. She explains everything to you. My daughter got a foreign object in her eye and the doctor showed the best love and support to get the object out. She explained everything during the whole procedure making sure my daughter didn’t panic. I’m changing all my kids to this facility.
