Brick Road Pizza Co is a family-owned and operated business. They try to engage in activities that consume fewer resources and produce less harmful waste. Their restaurant advocates the use of locally produced food and goods. They use a locally brewed beer in their dough, made in-house daily, for their pizza, sandwiches, and breadsticks. They pride themselves on their wide variety of gourmet pizzas, which they make to order your way, using the best meats and cheeses they can find, including “free-range” turkey and pork sausage. They also have an extensive vegan menu that is always changing as they create new recipes made from non-animal derived ingredients, such as soy or gluten. All other items, such as forks and plates, are made from potato starch. Their parts are top of the line. They use Earth Balance butter, Rosewood tofu, Chicago Soy Dairy, and a wide variety of non genetically modified ingredients, including Zoya (100% pure soybean oil).
