We stopped in on Valentine's Day and were delighted by the food at this restaurant. We were welcomed and seated right away, the service was respectful and answered questions about the food. I had the Pakoda Vegetable appetizer and Tandoori chicken, we also had Chicken Tikka garlic naan, chicken curry. Delicious and filling. Good atmosphere, service and food. Mango shakes and Indian tea were delicious also!
My wife and I love Curry Leaf. It's our favorite Indian restaurant. No other compares to it. We always order the biryani and butter chicken with vegetable samosa and we are never disappointed. This time we tried dosa with potato as well, and it just made everything better. Plus we always have great customer service.
When looking at the reviews, I was hesitant. It’s not the fanciest restaurant in town, but their food sure is delicious. I will definitely be back! This is the Curry Leaf House Special - Chicken Get it with garlic bread!

I’ve lived in Grand Rapids for many years and just decided to stop in this evening for dinner with my husband while most others were celebrating thanksgiving. The food was INCREDIBLE— flavored with warm spices to absolute perfection. We both couldn’t stop smiling from how intricately distinctive and soothing the meals were. My husband, unfortunately ate his entire meal, however, I have leftovers of which I had to write “stay out, Mark” on. If you love comfort food, try this warm alternative that your tummy will thank you for later. You won’t regret it, I promise. We will absolutely be back.
Awesome flavor. I love the dishes here. There are several vegetarian options. The only note I would make is that there is some heat to the spices. I love the food because it can be hot and flavorful, but even the mild dish we got had a bit of heat. My take-out was ready quicker than expected. The staff was there as soon as I walked in and both people who spoke to me were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
I loved everything about this restaurant. Prices were fair for the amount of food. We had a large party and they did fantastic on timing and services. They even suggested of ordering certain ways to make it more economical for us.

PIND INDIAN CUISINE REVIEWS
My wife and I stopped in to grab dinner while we were in the area. The restaurant was pretty quiet for being 6pm and on a busy road in downtown. We were greeted promptly and served water and a complimentary small appetizer. The wait staff made sure our waters were always full and always checked to make sure we were doing okay. We ordered Korma Chicken, Garlic Naan, Aloo Paratha, and I can’t remember what my wife ordered. All foods were great with good flavor. I feel the aloo paratha was different compared to others I’ve had in the past. We will come back and try more dishes!
Amazing food and beverages and attentive service. Great location and atmosphere. Staff is so welcoming and food is prepared and delivered very quickly. We did have a minor delay in our initial bar order, but it was due to a large party that had just ordered. The bartender more than made up for the delay with a very special treat for our table. Can't wait to go back again!
Absolutely loved our experience here! The service is phenomenal, the server was so nice and checked on us often, recommended dishes. The drinks are strong and delicious and the food is tasty! It’s all five stars, must go.
