The restaurant was founded by Charlie Anderson and Jamey Stone. Their Executive Chef, Oscar, prepares dishes that feature or pair with unique wines from around the world. The Privateer Coal Fire Pizza also offers appetizers, salads, soups, specialty dishes, pizza, and desserts made from scratch with the freshest ingredients. All their pizzas are cooked at a temperature of 850 to 900°F, in an oven that bakes Neapolitan-style pizzas in three to four minutes. The Privateer Coal Fire Pizza hosts live music and comedy nights for its customers. They are open Tuesday to Sunday, taking reservations for table service on their patio area.”
