The restaurant was founded by Charlie Anderson and Jamey Stone. Their Executive Chef, Oscar, prepares dishes that feature or pair with unique wines from around the world. The Privateer Coal Fire Pizza also offers appetizers, salads, soups, specialty dishes, pizza, and desserts made from scratch with the freshest ingredients. All their pizzas are cooked at a temperature of 850 to 900°F in an oven that bakes Neapolitan-style pizzas in three to four minutes. The Privateer Coal Fire Pizza hosts live music and comedy nights for its customers. They are open Tuesday to Sunday, taking reservations for table service on their patio area.

Truly the “best” pizza I have ever had!! Love the vibe, the drinks, the specials and the staff! Consistently have great young staff that’s friendly and helpful!! Jesse is by far one of our faves and we look forward to seeing him when we come in! He’s got a great knowledge of the beers they serve and is very passionate about the business! Such a great local spot, we come at least a couple times when we are in town.

The slice I got was super mediocre. Small, kinda burnt, but also lukewarm, you could tell was made hours ago. Garlic knots were superb though! The service counter folk were really nice and they had loads of seating options. Outdoor too.

Got the honey basil gluten free pizza & the grilled chicken salad w/ bacon & goat cheese and it was delicious! The staff was friendly & patient & all the rest of our party got pepperoni & Hawaiian & were not disappointed! The atmosphere was friendly & lively & so fun! Great family friendly place for great food.

Our family really enjoyed the pizza here, one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a while. The staff is really friendly and fun, just a great pizza joint. Brought us back to the 90’s. They have arcades and a few coin machines with those sticky hands, cheap aluminum rings and tattoos. My kids enjoyed every bit.

Search a wonderful family place, pizza and wings and everything else is incredible. Gains for the kids so much fun. And they have a incredible party room.

I think it may have been the best pizza sauce I 've tasted, ever. Good Staff. Family place.

Ordered a pizza for pick up, and loved it so much, came back the next day for another. Really good fresh pizza dough, well balanced topping for the fennel sausage pie pizza. It reminded my husband of authentic neapolitan pizza we had in Italy. Thank you! Would recommend and come back.

Excellent food with farm fresh ingredient, with impeccable service. The RAEN pizza topped with arugula and prosciutto is the perfect entree, and the strawberry salad as the starter was light and refreshing. Excellent, quick service, and hardly any wait. Eric and Dom were delightful, can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful local spot with GREAT food! Love the eggplant Parmesan, unique, pizzas, house salad tacos, but especially the wonderful service. Outdoor seating allows for your pups to join you. Very friendly place.
