“Gaines Street Pies offers sandwiches, wraps, and appetizers. The restaurant's owners are Jeremy Matlow and Ryan Smith. The restaurant was created by two local guys who wanted to create the best pizza in Tallahassee. They started using fresh ingredients to make pizzas. They removed the freezer and microwave and made homemade meatballs, real sliced bacon, and fresh-made ranch. For every ingredient, they followed this model. They brought together some creative creations and mashed flavors never seen before on pizza. They use only fresh ingredients to make pizzas. Their hand-tossed dough is topped with a delicious blend of rich butter, cream cheese, white chocolate, and Oreos. The restaurant's adjoining bar, Warhorse Whiskey Bar, provides semi-private space for up to 60 people. Restaurant taking Reservations for parties of 8 or more.”
