Beau Jo's Pizza

Beau Jo's never disappoints. I took my son there for his first time and his mind was blown when he tried the amazing honey crust pizza Colorado style. tasty zesty sauce light and mouth melting crust with that you have to finish! the artichoke hearts and Canadian on the Yukon Pizza as we added Pineapple is OMG delicious.

Great spot Downtown! A little pricey, but it's Downtown in a college town. Great shareable pizzas with quality ingredients. Good atmosphere, and awesome, attentive wait staff. Pretty good nachos, and wasn't too crowded on a Saturday afternoon mid-summer. Bustling, but seat capacity anticipates the restaurant's popularity, leaving some breathing room for you and your family/friends. Pizza's on the doughy and saucy end if that matters to you!

We haven't been here in a while. It was time. Good pizza with plenty of toppings. We each had side salads. They were on the small side for what you pay, but there was plenty of food. Once we got our pizza. You did the prairie style crust, so neither of us were over stuffed with bread. Nice beer choices, as well.
