The pizzeria offers a delightful menu of wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas and delectable Italian small plates. Founded by Chris Bianco, the restaurant's humble beginnings trace back to 1988 when it started in a small corner of a grocery store in Phoenix. Since then, Pizzeria Bianco has grown to include two locations in Phoenix, Arizona, along with two additional Pane Bianco restaurants. In recognition of his culinary talent, Chris Bianco was honored with the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2003. Pizzeria Bianco prides itself on using the finest ingredients for their pizzas, with vegetables and meats expertly hand-sliced. The pizza sauces are made from meticulously selected tomatoes, crushed and cooked with secret spices over low heat. Topped with fresh mozzarella and baked to perfection in their traditional oven, their pizzas are truly a treat. Guests can savor these delicious pizzas in a romantic and inviting atmosphere. Pizzeria Bianco is conveniently located just a one-minute walk away from the Arizona Science Center.

We came here 30min before opening and there was already a line down the street. We got the last bar seats before they announced that the next table will be seated in 1.5h. The team worked together like a well oiled machine so we got our order within 25min. The pizza was as delicious as we’d hoped! Their sausage is some of the best I’ve ever had. Every ingredient is of high quality. Sitting by the bar us allowed us to watch them make pizzas and I highly recommend doing that!
Such a delicious dining experience. The pizza was as good as everyone says it is. Long wait (2.5) hours was extreme, but worth it for the foodie experience. After watching Chef's Table, I had to try it and I wasn't disappointed. Everything was fresh and served to order. Service was great, too.
Super small place kind of tucked away in a spot you wouldn’t expect, with a really old school, charming feel. We ate here for lunch after the science museum. It’s an easy walk from there but small inside, we had to leave the stroller outside. I had the market salad and tried the margarita pizza. It was good! Small menu, so look it up before you go to make sure they have something everyone will like. The service was good as well, friendly and they did a good job. The cook helped me get a good picture of the oven from a better angle.
