Phillips Park Zoo's mission is to render a safe environment where students or visitors can get a better understanding of the animal world and its surroundings through recreation/education, as well as giving professional care for the animals housed at the Zoo while developing a positive image of the Zoo and surrounding park, improving the quality of life. This municipal Zoo is displaying primarily North American Animals in outdoor exhibits & indoor reptile exhibits. Tours of the Zoo are given to school groups and scouting groups, during the hours of 9 am and 2 pm, from Wednesday through Saturday. Admission is free here. Parking is available across the Stover Visitor Center for the Zoo, Sunken Garden, and Visitor Center.

It is a family-friendly science center with abundant street parking, 3 floors of hands-on exhibits, and everyday activities. They provide walk-in tours, scheduled group tours, field trips, educational programs, scout programs, etc. Featuring tiered seats for 60 in cushioned seats, their place is perfect for a variety type of events and meetings. The backbone of the Aurora Regional Fire Museum is its strong collection of over 1,000 artifacts, 2,000 photographs & countless volumes of historical.
