PHILLIPS PARK ZOO REVIEWS
This is an excellent little park where someone has taken the time to take a flood retention overflow area and do some serious beautification by painstakingly planing beautiful, butterfly drawing, flowers and bushes and putting up a central fountain and some statues, some topiary bushes and also to display a small group of exotic animals and a handful of dinosaur bones. Regardless of how simple it may seem, it is worth spending a couple of hours to truly go through this park and enjoy it for what it is and the work that someone has put into it and enjoy the beauty of it all. Check it out!
It was originally established in 1915, and is still open year-round with no admission charge. It was once home to exotic animals such as giraffes and monkeys, but the zoo's focus changed to native animals after Brookfield Zoo opened in 1915. a birdhouse was built in 1916. By 1920, the zoo had 5 black bears, 10 monkeys, 19 elk with 19 buffalo, 2 foxes, 1 wolf, and 20 deer, in addition to hundreds of birds
This is a great little zoo! We love the exhibits, specially the alligators. We’ve visited it for years, and plan on continuing those visits with our grandchildren for years to come.

SCITECH HANDS ON MUSEUM REVIEWS
My granddaughter had a blast! We were surprised by how fast three hours passed! I took my two sons when they were kids, too. They loved it then. The staff was friendly. If an exhibit is not working tell them. More than likely exploring little fingers have explored too far and turned it off! If you see something is unplugged, plug it in! Scitech is not a glossy, pristine, untouchable museum; it's a nice, comfortable, and very touchable, fun place. If your child isn't interested in the explanation for each exhibit.
THIS PLACE IS THE BEST YET FOR SCIENCE!! ANYONE CAN ALWAYS LEARN FROM ANYTHING!! I LEARNED SOMETHING NEW TODAY!! SCIENCE IS AMAZING!!
Went here for the Noon years eve party! IT WAS AWESOME! I had children ranging 3-9 and they all enjoyed it. Also my husband lost his keys and we were able to get a hold of someone who drove and met him there after hours to pick them up! All the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and very friendly. We will be back!

AURORA REGIONAL FIRE MUSEUM REVIEWS
I visited as a crafter in their craft show affiliated with the magic fest and the staff of the facility was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. I will definitely have to return and check it out when they've got all of their artifacts and displays back up in a traditional fashion. I also give high praise to the organizers of the craft show since they did a great job having a variety of different artists and crafters at the event.
Great history of the Fire department. The trucks are quite historic. Interesting account of the 1934 Woolworth's where where three firefighters list thier lives.
It's a great and VERY INTERESTING place to visit. Craig was very nice and very informative. Take the time to visit, and learn the history of our Aurora Firehouse.
