Pleasantly surprised with Phillips Park Zoo. Free and Local, can't beat that! Very happy with the animals we saw. Every exhibit had signs with information that was easy for my son to read. We enjoyed the longer than expected train ride, also free, that took us all around the park and showed us areas we were unaware of. Zoo was clean and well kept. No complaints. The garden is beautiful. And the mastodon exhibit is fun and educational. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I were looking tk do something locally and differ than we normally do with the boys; so I decided to search Groupon for some ideas and came across this place. Upon entry there was a cute little colorful dinosaur in the front of the building. One we entered the lady at the front desk was so friendly and being that it was our first time being that explained what was on every level and what activities were avaliable to children.
