I recently had the pleasure of seeing Waitress at the Paramount Theater, and it was a totally unbelievable production! As a subscriber, my expectations are always high, and I’m happy to say that Paramount never disappoints. Every show is top-tier, with outstanding performances, stunning sets, and incredible attention to detail. Beyond the productions themselves, the theater experience at Paramount is exceptional. The venue is absolutely stunning, with its beautifully restored architecture adding to the magic of the night. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making every visit enjoyable. The box office team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patrons have the best experience possible. Going to the theater is something I truly love, and Paramount makes it a memorable experience every time. If you’re looking for Broadway-quality performances in an incredible setting, this is the place to be.

The performances at the Paramount theater are so well put together, the acting is top-notch, the sets are beautiful, and the talent/music/staff is competitive with Broadway in Chicago. They put out an amazing deal so you can buy two tickets for the cost of one for four shows. What a great deal! The theater itself is lovely and the location is wonderful, with many good restaurants nearby it is easy to make a full evening out of attending a show!

Overall, a great theater and we'll be back. Courteous ushers, clean bathrooms, pretty effective will call, and a good production. There were booster seats available for the kids to sit higher and see better. Great fun was had with all the kids at the Frozen show, and I think all the Elsa's would agree.

I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party here. I did the private rental. From start to finish, the experience was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a smoother process, better hosts, or a nicer venue for my fire truck enthusiast. Brian communicated with me from start to end and Molly was a great host. Everything was set up just like requested. The museum was nice to host adults and children. They all enjoyed themselves. It is nicely maintained with informative displays downstairs and my children absolutely loved the Children's Discovery Room! Go! Support! Donate! Book! You won't be disappointed.

Such an interesting and fun place for both adults and kids. My toddler loves their upstairs playroom, obviously fite dept themed but has lots of other things to play with as well! Would totally visit again.

Loved this museum! Great displays as well as short, informative videos about fire fighting history. Fun children's area upstairs. From the sound of it, the kids were very engaged and having a good time there.
