Nice little place in the suburbs for little kiddos. The reptile house had an amazing display. My toddler enjoyed our mommy-daughter day. The only animal we couldn't spot was the cougar. Everything else was viewable.

Beautiful park with lots if sitting areas perfectly placed along the walking paths over looking the river. A biking path runs through it, it is steps from the round house and metra, and a great band shell.

It's definitely the best park in the immediate area. Which I realize isn't saying much in an area where mowed grass fields somehow count as parks. However it really is nice. The multi-use path is pretty extensive leading to and from the park and there are 3 playgrounds and a very nice neighborhood adjacent. Also a short walk up the path to the Aurora library and community center, baseball fields soccer fields, tennis courts, and sand volleyball court. This is the best system of greenspaces.
