TOP 3 CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN ZOO REVIEWS
This was overall the most amazing best experience I have had ever. Been to a few zoos in Arizona and went to the Denver Zoo but none of them top this zoo. Everything from start to finish was amazing and the animals are very taken care of. You can tell this just isn’t a job for the employees but a family. The way they care for these animals and how educated they are speaks volumes. I went with my three children and spouse and it took about 3.5 hours to walk through the whole zoo but yes we would do it again ! The giraffe feeding was a plus and I love how it was the first encounter we had following the lion exhibit… now that was awesome ! Phenomenal job staff ! Will be returning very soon !
Best zoo I've ever visited by far! It was worth the visit just to be able to get so close to the giraffes that you could actually touch one. I appreciated being able to see a lot of the animals in the outdoor and indoor enclosures. The grounds were impeccable, well staffed, and everyone was super friendly. We even got a bit of an impromptu tour and lots of helpful information from one of the staff. The views are absolutely amazing from this height. I would definitely go again and recommend this zoo.
This is the best zoo in Colorado. It’s worth the drive from Denver if you’re interested. The animals are well taken care of and always active and fun to watch. The giraffe feeding is up close and personal and just a great time. The restaurants have an amazing view of downtown Springs. Also, the interactions with zoo keepers are everywhere! They even walked the penguins around with the visitors. Don’t miss the charm of this great zoo!!

TOP 3 NATIONAL MUSEUM OF WORLD WAR II AVIATION REVIEWS
I loved getting to see all these planes (which are very real!) along with all the history tied up together in a concise, interesting display that is easy to get immersed in. The massive hangars and diverse collection of vehicles (there are actually ground vehicles, too.) are extremely interesting and well placed to be visible at many angles. a must for aviation enthusiasts!
We had a great time. Visiting the area where the plane restorations was amazing. These guys perform miracles putting these planes back into flying condition. The museum itself has several aircraft to view and a bi-plane simulator that was pretty darn cool. Definitely worth the visit!
It a place you must visit when you are in Colorado. Many of the great airlines there including the airplane which was used during the Japanese’s war. Very big museum, tickets are very reasonable. Very clean and organized. You will spent between 1 to 3 hours. I loved every second of it.

TOP 3 COLORADO SPRINGS PIONEERS MUSEUM REVIEWS
My husband and I really enjoyed our visit here. Getting to take a ride in the birdcage elevator was so cool!! The alphabet exhibit was fun, we went back and forth reading them all in order. Our favorite part was the old courtroom, it is beautiful! Sitting in those chairs makes you think of all the history in that room. Also, the front desk lady was very nice and admission is free.
Great museum and very informative - to include free admission. The docent was very helpful - very glad that they saved the old courthouse and made it into a museum rather than tearing it down for a parking lot! Some very informative exhibits about the history of Colorado Springs. Highly recommended for 2-3 hours!
The old courthouse building is beautiful. The old Otis birdcage elevator was fun to ride in. We enjoyed the exhibits and learned a lot about local history. The teen volunteers were friendly and provided additional information. I highly recommend visiting.
