One of the best (and one of the first) decisions I made when planning my wedding was hiring Amy with Flourish Event Co for full wedding planning and coordination. I worked with Amy mostly virtually, as I was living on the other side of the country up until a couple months before my wedding. From day one Amy was organized, responsive, and always upbeat and excited to hear about my vision for my wedding. She offered thoughtful vendor recommendations and kept us on track with clear timelines and check-ins. Wedding planning can be stressful and overwhelming (especially when you’re planning a wedding from a different state), but Amy was that force of positivity I needed during the entire process! On the wedding day, her presence behind the scenes allowed me and the bridal party to stay relaxed and joyful; she anticipated needs, managed the logistics, and coordinated seamlessly with the venue, photographers, DJ, and other vendors. Our entire wedding party raved about how great and calming she was—and I felt the same way. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone—she’s worth every penny.

Wow… I don’t even know where to begin. Amy & Dominque truly made our dream, winter destination wedding come to LIFE! I went into the wedding process SO nervous to plan a wedding in a different state (we are in OK). I knew I needed someone efficient, determined, and communicative to make our day a reality and Amy was THE GIRL! I didn’t even know where to begin, but Amy eased all my nerves and hit the ground running—answering my 1,000 questions with grace and compassion. We came in person for a week in the summer to meet multiple vendors, taste food, choose linens, etc and select our favorites (all of which was coordinated by Amy!) and the rest of the planning was done via zoom. The process was so seamless thanks to her hard work and creative vision. We are so grateful for the huge part Amy played in making our day so special, but even more grateful for her friendship, love, support and prayers from the begging until now. She truly touched our hearts and will always be so special to us!

I cannot express how great Amy was. Initially, I was one of those people that didn’t think we needed a wedding coordinator and I was so wrong. You 10000% need a coordinator, specifically Amy. She was so helpful during the entire planning process. She is so communicative and goes above and beyond. My wedding day was stress-free and perfect thanks to her!

SARAH VIERA EVENT PLANNING AND DESIGN REVIEWS

I could not say enough positive things about Jamie and the team at Sarah Viera. My husband came down with the flu the night of our rehearsal dinner and Jamie, Sarah, and the team, went above and beyond to make sure he could walk down the aisle and kept me calm to boot (think Jamie's husband waiting in line for two hours at Walgreens to pick up a Tamaflu prescription and Sarah organizing drip IV's). Jamie and Sarah pulled us through a 'worst case scenario' situation with grace, personal care and unbelievable kindness. Jamie also lead us through every step of the planning process with competence and ease. No detail was too small to make sure our vision came to life. Our wedding exceeded all our expectations thanks to her hard word and dedication. 12/10 recommend Jamie and Sarah Viera.

We worked with both Sarah and Jamie, and they were both phenomenal! My husband and I live on the East Coast, and we really needed a planning team we could trust to help us design and plan our Colorado wedding at the Broadmoor. We are so glad we went with Sarah and Jamie! They are so creative, organized, and responsive! They understood our vision for our wedding and helped us refine it into an incredible event that all our family and friends are still raving about! They also go above and beyond for their couples, Jamie even sewed a button on my Dad's tux after it came off 30 minutes before the ceremony. I was completely relaxed and present in the moment on my wedding day because I knew they had every little detail covered. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Jamie Mitchell from Sarah Viera Events made planning a wedding in Colorado Springs from the East Coast such a smooth process! She provided us with short lists of great vendors for each aspect of the wedding that made selecting them really easy. She is a great communicator and went above and beyond with keeping track of all of the small details for our wedding weekend. Jamie and Sarah were rockstars during our wedding weekend dealing with subpar, unpredictable weather and even helping get mud stains off of my dress before the ceremony. Strongly recommend!
