"Franklin Park Conservatory features exotic plant collections, seasonal art and nature-based exhibitions, outdoor gardens, and Dale Chihuly artworks. The garden is a place where visitors can experience showcase plants from around the globe. The garden has over 400 plant species and biomes representing global climate zones. The Conservatory hires more than 100 people and has about 400 volunteers. The Conservatory offers a variety of educational programs for people of all ages, families, and individuals. Gardens feature unique collections and exhibits, seasonal shows, formal gardens (including community and culinary gardens), and several educational programs. In addition, the garden offers seminars and camps in gardening, cooking, contemporary art, and wellness. The garden offers various special events and activities throughout the year and a full menu of classes, workshops, and camps focusing on gardening, cooking, fine art, and wellness.

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is a beautiful and peaceful escape right in the heart of Columbus. The variety of plant collections, seasonal displays, and themed gardens make it an enjoyable experience for all ages. One of the highlights is the butterfly exhibit—it’s a truly magical experience to walk among dozens of colorful butterflies fluttering around you. It’s especially neat for kids, offering an up-close look at nature in a fun and interactive way. Overall, it’s a great spot for families, nature lovers, or anyone looking for a relaxing and educational day out.

Hands down stunning experience to go to. This is a beautiful place that needs to be taken in slowly. They have different climate areas that show the wild tropic plants and dessert depiction and the grounds outside are magnificent. The palm house is a place you just want to linger in and stay. They had their butterfly exhibit when I went and I highly suggest trying. They also have stunning permanent art structures of Dale Chiuly throughout. Their Bonsai trees are stunning and they also sell them. Their gift shop is very nice also. This is a Columbus gem.

Visited from out of town, strictly for the Chihuly exhibit! Loved the entire experience. Beautiful botanical gardens with Chihuly glass pieces perfectly intertwined. Friendly staff and a lovely gift shop. A relaxing must see experience.

Great place! Lots to do for little ones! Supper busy on the weekends. Save $5 by purchasing tickets online. Discount tickets if you receive WIC or Snap benefits. Bring your walking shoes because this place is huge. Bring your parking ticket inside for possible savings as well.

My wife and I came to town to see the shark exhibit and were please with our trip. The science exhibits were well described and the interaction built into the exhibits was nice as well. This is a great place to take a kid or to just go learn some information.

Such a cool museum. We were there for about 3 hours. It was so interactive and not just for children. We went on a rainy Sunday morning. There were a lot of people there but it never felt overly crowded. Highly recommend.

OTHERWORLD REVIEWS

Amazing interactive art museum! Lots of cool and colorful rooms filled with all sorts of otherworldly creatures and objects. Many of the rooms are interconnected but you could definitely get lost in there. A lot of the pieces you could move and activate were fun and made awesome effects. There are spaces you can crawl into so be sure to wear appropriate clothing and mind your head and knees. The price of the ticket was affordable and you can stay in the installations as long as you like which is cool. There is also a small gift shop for souvenirs and a Cafe for snacks and drinks that weren't too overpriced like some places are. Plenty of bathrooms and artwork all over the place. Overall it was an awesome place, definitely kid friendly and a great experience for all ages to check out.

This is such a cool interactive experience! It really is an Other world inside and I loved interacting with so many parts of the exhibits. It's truly such a blast and you can get lost in the connecting rooms for hours. This was my second time visiting this location and I also went to their sister location, both were amazing!!.

Had a great time here! Employees were extremely nice, even though the bar was closed they still gave me a canned drink. Honestly a great museum for anyone who loves aliens/sci-fi movies. Game room wasn't terrible, just wish they had more instructions on how to play certain games, took a couple tries to figure it out. All in all great experience here Definitely fun for people all ages!.
