Schiller Park is a great place to see people walking, jogging, and dogs and kids playing in the evening. Goodale Park has over 32.71 acres of parkland and boasts a very impressive tree collection and more than 650 trees. The park has ball diamonds, floral displays, and a tennis court. The park has fields for sports fields, such as paved areas for basketball and football games. Goodale Park has wheelchair access. Goodale Park is an open park with ponds and grass and has a lot of live programs that happen during the summer days. The park is well-maintained in the middle of the short north that offers a play area for the kids, a dog park, plenty of trees, and local wildlife like ducks and plenty of squirrels.
