I visited this place twice already and I've only seen half of it! For all those aviation/engineer/science nerds out there, this I definitely a museum that could easily fill an 8hr day. I love the first hangar filled with the early history of flight and tons of old models, artifacts, and paraphernalia from the first pilots. Equally as cool are all the stories of different aircraft used throughout important times in history. Most of the planes in the museum have a unique story behind them.

I love the Dayton Art Institute! You never would believe all the amazing works that come though Dayton! This is the first place I witnessed Chihuly so many years ago--now my favorite artist! They have had their run of a real mummy and all sorts of famous works. The Dayton Art Institute is hands down one of the best kept secrets in the area!

We love this place! I have three kids under the age of 7 and we visit every few weeks. We always leave with the kids wanting to stay longer. Today was our first visit to the Springfield branch and it was great, too. It has different things to do and I think more hands on things for my kids. It is definitely worth getting the annual membership! Your money will be well spent!
