3 Best Wedding Planners in Dayton, OH

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Booking Rachael was easily one of our best decisions throughout the entire wedding planning process! Rachael was so on top of every little detail for our wedding that it felt like we were her only clients the entire time. We booked Rachael for her day-of coordination, but she was there for me months in advance. She answered every single question I had within less than 24 hours, she was professional, she was punctual, and she was quick on her feet to solve any and all problems that popped up the day of the wedding. I have recommended her to every single one of my friends getting married in the Cincinnati/Dayton area, and even to my out-of-state friends as well because she is SO WORTH IT! And to add to it, her prices were so reasonable! We got quotes from other planners that were twice the cost, and I can't imagine them possibly doing more than what Rachael did for us. Five stars, 10/10, you should absolutely book Rachael as your wedding planner!

I loved working with Rachael!! My friend gave me the idea to hire a day-of coordinator and I couldn't be happier that I found Rachael and Happily Ever Events about four months before my wedding. She was on top of all the details from a final meeting with the vendors to creating our detailed time line and making sure the reception looked perfect. Rachael and her assistant were so supportive the day of the wedding and my special day could not have gone better. She saved me from a ton of stress in the few months leading up to the wedding and I only wish I found her sooner!

Brooke and the Pink with Envy team were wonderful to work with and truly elevated our wedding day to a whole new level. From our initial consultation, it just felt "right" as every conversation was very comfortable and responses to our million questions were timely. Brooke's vision with our idea boards made our wedding uniquely us and represented my wife and I as a couple in a way that left guests in awe. We undoubtedly felt Brooke and her team had our best interests in mind and protected our investment in our wedding day. From planning to day of coordination, they nailed it. We were able to be more present with our guests and not be pulled in a million different directions with questions from vendors or the venue which to use was truly priceless. Cannot recommend them enough!

Brooke and her team were amazing to work with! The wealth of knowledge she has in the industry from vendors to event details- was unmatched. Every vendor we worked with knew of Brooke and had worked with her in some capacity previously, which offered great synergy with all of our vendors. We vetted out some other wedding planners, but felt right at home with Brooke. She always answered my questions ( no matter how annoying or nagging I was) and made the planning process so much smoother. The day of was literally ZERO stress and I know that if we ever have another event in the future - we will be going right back to PWE! Highly recommend no matter what your event type is.
