She made sure everything was on track leading up to the day of our wedding, even when we had an unrelated family crisis. My maid of honor's dress had a dress malfunction. Samantha fixed it. The guestbook accidentally got left in my car at the hotel. Her team was able to get it in time. They truly curate the experience and their work to match who you and your partner are. I was planning my wedding remotely from NYC and was so nervous about getting to the day of and not knowing anything that was happening or feeling stressed throughout it all. I hired Brooke very early on in the process and throughout our time together, she truly learned who I was as a person and became the best teammate I could have in the process. She heard me when I needed certain things, she matched my communication style and made sure I felt taken care of, she calmed me down when I felt stressed, and she made sure that my vision came to life while guiding me through the details, timelines, and logistics to make it possible. Even though I had two years to plan my wedding between grad school, an internship, and working part time I needed all the help I could get and Brooke did just that! Brooke is very hands on and we really liked that we were able to meet with her before hiring her unlike some of the other companies that I only had phone calls with. As soon as we hired Brooke she got started right away. My husband and I didn't know the first thing about planning a wedding but Brooke was there to accompany our vendor meetings. She asked questions we would never think to ask and kept in contact with our vendors up until our wedding. She worked with them to create a timeline that helped our wedding day run smoothly. No, but seriously Michelle was absolutely amazing. I knew I would need help day of and month of coordinating meetings with all my different wonderful vendors and she knew what I needed before I even did and executed it perfectly. She put in a ton of hard work came to meetings and rehearsal and worked all day the day of making sure all my vendors were there and set up on time as well as even fixing a couple of snags without us even knowing my wedding day was absolutely perfect, a truly wonderful night to remember and a huge part of it was Michelle's hard work making the day go seamlessly
It was an honor to be on Michelle's team as a band leader and emcee. Her communication with me in the weeks prior to our wedding was very detailed and thoughtful. On the wedding day, we were challenged with a 50% chance of thunderstorms minutes before the outdoor ceremony and reception. Chairs, tables, floral arrangements and many other items were quickly being brought inside and eventually back outside in 90 degree weather. Michelle was the ultimate professional in providing leadership and communication to all of the wedding vendors at this moment and throughout the evening.
