If you're looking for a spot to relax by the water, this is a perfect location to do so. It also has a playground that is pretty nice as well as some hiking areas. There are benches and pull-off areas to relax and a few areas that are accessible to the water to fish if that's your thing. My favorite aspect of this park is that at sunset...the colors that come across the water are beautiful and as an aspiring photographer, I love taking photos when the sun is going down over this lake!

Big lovely park with great scenery. There are some long, flat, wide, easy walking paths that go past a very picturesque lake, prairie, and forests. The farm area has goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, and bunnies, great spot for kids and families.

I run these trails 4-5 times a week with my dog and I love it there! My dog gets so happy when she sees us arriving at the park! The trails are short for a long distance runner, but the trails are mostly shaded and well kept...but I don't mind rugged landscapes when running and my dog likes the adventure....
