Fort Worth Zoo was established in 1909. It has over 500 species of animals and a world-famous collection of reptiles, and the Zoo funds wildlife conservation programs in more than 30 countries around the world. Since 1992, the Zoo has opened 16 permanent habitats and support facilities, virtually creating a new Zoo. Ten years of improvements and Association management was celebrated with the addition of Texas Wild in 2001, which houses seven distinct habitats within an 8-acre complex. It Zoo aims to strengthen the connection between humans and the environment through dedicated conservation efforts, education, and recreation. The Zoo focuses on education, conservation, and growing the lives of more than 1 million visitors a year. It has grown into a nationally listed facility, holding almost 7,000 exotic and native animals. The Zoo's year-round services give children the ability to get realistic environmental technology. Fort Worth Zoo affords free entry for toddlers (2 & younger).

Fort Worth Botanic Garden was founded in 1934. It is located in the heart of the Fort Worth Cultural District, just minutes from downtown; their combined 120-acre campus offers stunning garden views, exciting exhibits, gift shops, a café, and more. It's a perfect place to come for a day or host meetings, parties, and more for your special events. The park provides extraordinary landscape views, cultivated hillsides, carved stonework, and spectacular waterfalls. Fort Worth Botanic Garden has over 2,500 plant species in its 23 specialty gardens. It provides regular tours, guided tours, and private tours. Wander next door to the BRIT campus to learn more about botanical research through fascinating plant collections, galleries, libraries, & science-related exhibits. BRIT, an international scientific research & learning center, has a mission to conserve their natural-world heritage by sharing knowledge of the plant world & helping the public understand the value plants bring to life.

Kimbell Art Museum was established on October 4, 1972. The museum's 1972 building was designed by American architect Louis I. Kahn who is generally regarded as one of the modern era's most notable architectural achievements. It hosts paintings, rotating art exhibitions, educational programs, and a vast library for study. The Kimbell collections range from the past to the 20th century, including European masterpieces by artists such as Caravaggio, Picasso, Matisse, Monet, Velázquez, Poussin, Fra Angelico & Michelangelo. In addition, Kimbell Art Museum offers special events, dedicated classrooms, and an auditorium of 289 seats, with outstanding music acoustics. It affords members free admission for children under 6.
