Great museum and very informative - to include free admission. The docent was very helpful - very glad that they saved the old courthouse and made it into a museum rather than tearing it down for a parking lot! Some very informative exhibits about the history of Colorado Springs. Highly recommended for 2-3 hours!
My husband and I really enjoyed our visit here. Getting to take a ride in the birdcage elevator was so cool!! The alphabet exhibit was fun, we went back and forth reading them all in order. Our favorite part was the old courtroom, it is beautiful! Sitting in those chairs makes you think of all the history in that room. Also, the front desk lady was very nice and admission is free.
Beautiful museum filled with artifacts and antiques. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The grounds were immaculate. The price is unbeatable, free! A must see if you want the history of Colorado Springs.
